Role Objectives
The Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and securing new clients in the industrial sector. This fully remote role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for connecting automation companies with top engineering talent. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, preferably within the staffing or automation industries, and will support our expansion efforts across both the US and Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and close new staffing opportunities in automation, robotics, and PLC programming.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and close new design and fabrication opportunities in the industrial sector.
Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers at automation & industrial companies.
Present our staffing services to prospective clients through virtual meetings, calls, and email outreach.
Present our fabrication and design services to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to align on client needs and ensure successful placements.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and pipeline performance using CRM tools.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to proactively identify business opportunities.
Coordinate closely with marketing on outreach campaigns and brand positioning to attract new clients.
Support the company?s growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written) ? a must
3+ years of experience [Required] in B2B sales in staffing or the automation industry
Proven success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets
Understanding of staffing solutions and/or industrial automation talent needs (robotics, PLC programming preferred)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus, especially for supporting sales in Mexico.
