Production Planner ? San José Iturbide, Gto.
A leading company dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of high-precision bearings, alloy steels, and related components and assemblies, located in San José Iturbide, Gto.

Objective:
Ensure proper planning, scheduling, and tracking of production, optimizing the use of available resources and ensuring on-time delivery, in alignment with sales, logistics, and customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

Coordinate the execution of production orders based on installed capacity.

Analyze inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Ensure timely material supply through coordination with purchasing and warehouse teams.

Monitor deviations from the production plan and propose corrective actions.

Prepare performance reports (KPIs: production compliance, efficiency, OEE, scrap, etc.).

Participate in production and logistics meetings to align delivery schedules.

Implement planning process improvements (Lean, 5S, JIT, etc.).

Control and update material and product parameters in the ERP/MRP system.

Support internal and external audits related to the area.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor?s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.

Experience:
2 to 5 years in similar roles, preferably in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing environments.

Technical Knowledge:

Production planning (MRP/ERP)

Installed capacity analysis

Inventory control

Work order management

KPIs and operational reporting

ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards (preferred)

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

Tools:
SAP ? MANDATORY

Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros preferred)

Power BI or data visualization tools (preferred)

English ? MANDATORY: Advanced level (a test will be conducted)
