Qualifications and Skills / Conocimientos y habilidades:
o Analytical thinking and detail oriented.
o Problem solving under strict delivery timings and heavy workload.
o Diplomatic, organized and clear communication.
o Intermediate knowledge of pre-press and printing systems, not necessarily for Fashion & Apparel business.
o Strong supplier management to maintain durable and healthy business relationships with key partners.
o Intermediate written/spoken English required.
o Business and personal growth mindset.
o Profitability care, preferable.
o ERP systems usage.
o Strong commitment.
o Critical analysis to evaluate produced material and select the most qualified appearance (prototypes and
samples).
Experience / Experiencia:
o Project management experience with multiple technologies being applied in different projects simultaneously.
o Punctual and appropriate follow up within members in the Company and outsourced services or products.
o Strong time management to achieve deadlines positively.
o Timing negotiations with suppliers to get effective deliveries.
o Purchasing services or products to external suppliers, when required.
Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:
Our Product Development Project Administrator will be responsible of the following activities:
1. Review physical targets provided by other regions or completely new products received and gather the assessment
information to report the potential solutions for materials, substrates, fixtures and technologies in an effective time
manner in conjunction with the members of the department and internal teams.
2. Project management according to specific objectives per product.
3. Operational activities by reviewing produced prototypes or samples and carefully selecting the best quality,
according to the standard or target provided.
4. Operational activities by mounting prototypes or samples on certain formats after internal approvals, submitted with
a clean, reviewed and excellent presentation.
5. Time line management with suppliers.
6. Reporting costs and expenses related from every project developed to Management.
7. ERP usage to set products up according to specifications.
