A leading multinational company in the industrial logistics sector is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-impact logistics terminal.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall operation of an industrial logistics terminal.
Ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive profitability through effective management of operational and financial KPIs.
Manage terminal performance, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Lead multidisciplinary operational teams, promoting a high-performance culture.
Oversee warehousing, transportation, inventory control, material handling, and distribution activities.
Manage operational budgets, costs, and business performance.
Develop and implement operational improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with commercial, engineering, maintenance, and corporate teams to support business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in logistics, industrial operations, transportation, terminal management, or supply chain.
Proven experience managing large operational teams.
Strong knowledge of operational KPIs and financial indicators.
Experience managing operational budgets and business performance (P&L preferred).
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Advanced conversational English.
