DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a responsible, committed person who has a passion for knowing business processes for an
intern position to support the Sales area in Food/Industry. The position would start in March/April 2024.
It is desirable that the interested person is studying a bachelor?s degree in engineering, marketing, international
business, with strong analytical and technical skills and who is interested in developing a career in the commercial
and marketing areas in the food ingredients and chemical industries.
The main functions (but not limited to) would be the following:
Key Accountabilities
- Follow-up internal and external customer requests
- Provide to customers documentation from Roquette?s resources, including website, SDOL, and others
- Follow-up Customer Quality Requests and Claims entered by Front and Back Offices
- Follow up requests internally / customer
- Account Creation (Pivotal Form) / CMIR
- Fill out sample formats and coordination with internal responsible people
- Critical Orders follow up
- Report of open orders / products under allocation
- Search, download and edit Import Statistics from resources like PENTA and others
- Inland, ocean freight requests and logistics costs requests

Skills

- Autonomous, proactive, ability to coordinate, organize and ?think out of the box?
- Good written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Able to work in a matrix organization and functional/ project mode, capability to interpret complex data
and customers? requirements
- Capable to work and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specially a good level at using Microsoft Excel. Other computer software
knowledge if highly desirable

Languages: Spanish, English (intermediate level at minimum) and Portuguese (preferred)
