What will I do as a Sales Representative?
Your sales career at Afni will be both rewarding and fun! A part of our telecom program, your role will involve building meaningful relationships with customers and understanding their needs to offer them the best solutions ? all while getting paid!
None of our sales roles involve cold calling. You'll engage with inbound callers who are looking for the solutions you already provide!
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to engage with customers effectively.
· Respond to incoming calls from customers for a consultation on product development, solutions, and promotions.
· Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
· Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize each call?s potential.
· Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed to close sales.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets?including daily, weekly, and monthly quotas?as well as program performance metrics.
· Ensure all customer interactions maintain a high level of satisfaction and professionalism.

What are the qualifications to be a Sales Representative at Afni?
· Advanced conversational English.
· High school diploma or GED.
