Customer Service Representative ? U.S. Credit Repair Campaign
Location: Monterrey Downtown
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM ? 4:00 PM

What You?ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with credit repair inquiries and services
- Provide empathetic, clear, and professional communication to resolve customer concerns
- Educate clients about credit repair steps and ensure accurate information is delivered
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs including customer satisfaction and response time
- Maintain high-quality documentation and follow compliance protocols

What We?re Looking For:
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with U.S. financial services or credit systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
