The Construction Manager in production is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the construction of SERIAL HOUSING. This position involves efficient resource management, adherence to quality standards, and coordination of the construction team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all stages of the SERIAL HOUSING CONSTRUCTIONS process, from initial planning to final delivery.
- Manage and optimize resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure efficiency and adherence to established deadlines.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with the architectural, design, engineering, and other departments involved in the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal standards in all construction phases.
- Monitor and evaluate construction team performance, providing guidance and training when needed.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with established agreements.
- Regularly monitor construction progress, identifying and resolving issues or deviations to ensure timely delivery of homes.
Requirement
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, etc.
- Structural Calculus
- A postgraduate degree in Project Management or Construction Project Management is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of project management software and planning tools.
