We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join a company in the Dental Health Industry in the United States. For this position, candidates must have an outstanding English level, a positive personality and enjoy sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls from customers for appointment settling and providing general information about the services.
*Updating and capturing information in the CRM system.
* Provide a great experience to the customer through professional interaction.
*Conducting soft sales while explaining the benefits of our services.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm PST (30 minute lunch).
*This position requires employees to work 1 Saturday every other month (the day off, is replaced with another day of the week).
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C2).
* Customer service and call handling experience.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems.
* Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
* Experience in sales (preferred).
What we offer:
* Base alary of $15,000 MXN - $19,000 a month (before taxes), depending on experience.
