Activities
1.
Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
2. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
3. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
4. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
5. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
6. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
7. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
8. Review quality of purchased products
9. Assist the customs clearance department to complete all shipping and customs clearance document formalities.
