JOB DUCK IS HIRING A TRAINING SPECIALIST



Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, usually, a law firm



The HR Training Specialist is responsible for managing candidates during their entire training process, starting from the moment they receive the "Welcome to the Training booklet" until they are handed off to Matchmaking.



The starting salary is USD 900



Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:



-Responsible for hosting daily training calls

-Monitoring the candidate's progress throughout the training process

-Assisting candidates via email and WhatsApp throughout their training.

-Deciding whether to pass or fail candidates at the end of their training.

-Evaluating and proposing improvements to the training courses and activities.

-Responsible for managing the Assessment Center.

-Collaborating with the training team to address any training problems that might arise.

-Performing Virtual Desktop Tests when candidates fail the Computer Benchmark test.





Skills and Requirements:

-A degree in psychology, administration, or a related field.

-Background in training, education, and/or Human Resources is preferred.

-At least 6 months of proven experience in Human Resources

-Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken).

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Good interpersonal communication skills.

-Strong organizational skills.

-Problem-solving skills.

-Attention to detail.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Teamwork.

-Friendly and attentive personality.

-Tech savviness.

-Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed(at least 30mb/s).
