Position Overview
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining inventory, and upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service across all outlets.
Hire, train, and develop staff to maintain high service standards.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory and cost control.
Plan and execute special events, banquets, and promotions.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests and resolving concerns.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve service and offerings.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced hospitality environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting.
