About the Job
We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Inbound Customer Service Representatives at our state-of-the-art campus in Guadalajara with the opportunity to work at home depending on your performance.

Our Customer Service Representatives are passionate about delighting customers by making every interaction an unforgettable experience - whether that?s through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats. We want people with personality, who love making an impact with every customer interaction.

Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Will:
-Assist all customers through inbound calls.
-Communicate a variety of information to the customer.
-Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries.
-Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.
-Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.

Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Have:
-Advanced English (80% spoken)
-Intermediate computer skills
-The ability to take training on site.
-The understanding you will be working on-site at our state-of-the-art campus in Guadalajara once a week.
-Availability: Full time and Part time (some shifts may depend on availability).

Trabajando como Representante de Atención al Cliente, harás:
-Atender a todos los clientes a través de llamadas entrantes.
-Compartir información general de productos al cliente.
-Mantener una escucha activa y ayudar a resolver las dudas de los clientes.
-Proporcionar una experiencia significativa y positiva con cada cliente.
-Conocer y promover los nuevos productos y los servicios existentes.

Trabajando como Representante de Atención al Cliente, debes tener:
-Inglés avanzado (hablado 80%)
-Habilidad computacional intermedia.
-Disponibilidad para tomar entrenamiento presencial.
-Compromiso y puntualidad.
-Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera híbrida.

Disponibilidad: Tiempo completo y medio tiempo (algunos turnos pueden depender de la disponibilidad).
