About the Job
We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Inbound Customer Service Representatives at our state-of-the-art campus in Guadalajara with the opportunity to work at home depending on your performance.

Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Will:
-Assist all customers through inbound calls.
-Communicate a variety of information to the customer.
-Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries.
-Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.
-Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
Working as a Customer Service Representative, You Have:
-Advanced English (80% spoken)
-Intermediate computer skills
-The ability to take training on site.
-The understanding you will be working on-site at our state-of-the-art campus in Guadalajara once a week.
-Availability: Full time and Part time (some shifts may depend on availability).
