Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance to users of portable and Bluetooth audio devices. If you have experience in device repair, retail electronics, or tech support and enjoy helping people solve problems, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized customer support via phone calls, email, chat, and SMS
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Bluetooth audio devices (headphones, speakers, battery, connectivity, sound, pairing, etc.)
Assist customers with warranty claims and product inquiries
Accurately document interactions and follow company processes
Follow all internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written)
Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support, customer service, or device repair
Comfortable working with Bluetooth audio devices and basic tech troubleshooting
Strong multitasking, organizational, and documentation skills
Proficient computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required)
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in electronics or tech retail environments such as Apple, Best Buy, Geek Squad, iShop, etc.
Ability to explain technical issues in a simple, customer-friendly way

Gross monthly salary: $11,000 MXN
Up to $16,000 MXN/month with performance-based bonuses
