Sales Support Analyst

ProStandard( teamprostandard for web) is a growing player in the licensed streetwear apparel based on out New York, US. As we are seeing tremendous growth, we are looking to add to our Sales Support team based out of Mexico.

The Sales Support Analyst will be a part of a larger team to support the international sales fulfillment. You should have a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a sense of urgency to communicate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide the sales team with all necessary materials including creating PowerPoints, sales analysis, and fulfillment history.
Assist sales team in securing proper order documentation for execution into systems.
Validate the accuracy of incoming orders. Make and communicate adjustments as needed.
Audit order documents and ensure all necessary documents are executed and collected.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, including production, logistics, and design to ensure smooth order fulfillment process.
Create and maintain assortment boards showcasing products for different markets and audiences.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales support efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
Instead of Bachelor's degree, minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
High proficiency in English ? both verbal and written.
Strong Excel including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP and PowerPoint skills is required
Ability to lead problem solving activity.
Open mind and ability to learn and master additional tools, software, and systems.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment.
