Sanitary Officer | Responsable Sanitario


Objective: To guarantee compliance with sanitary regulations and standards in all operations related to the acquisition, storage and commercialization of medicines and medical devices, as well as in the documentation and training of personnel, ensuring the safety and quality of the products and services offered.


Activities:

Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices.
Verify that drugs, herbal remedies and medical devices have a valid expiration date.
Verify that the documents that support the legal operation of the establishment remain in force.
Supervise that in Amazon Mexico only medicines and other health supplies authorized in its notice of operation are purchased and marketed.
Participate in the elaboration, revision or approval of the Standard Operating Procedures (PNO) as well as verify that they are applied and updated periodically.
Verify that personnel who handle health inputs are periodically trained.
Verify that the area intended for the storage of health supplies has the necessary facilities and equipment for their conservation in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Verify that maintenance and cleaning activities are carried out.
Verify that the system of first in, first out (PEPS) or first expiration, first out (PCPS) is followed when filling client orders.
Ensure that the Company has a copy and complies with the provisions indicated in the FEUM Supplement for establishments dedicated to the sale and supply of medicines and other health supplies (current edition).
Participate in the attention of sanitary verification visits.

Why us?:

Salary of $24,000 pesos, monthly gross income.

Work on site: located in Cuautitlán Izcalli
Work Monday through Friday, tentatively from 8 am to 5 pm
Biweekly payment through BBVA or Banamex

Requirements:

Degree: Lic. or ing. at a pharmaceutical related area such as pharmaceutical chemist, biological chemist, industrial pharmaceutical chemist. (Mandatory)
Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience as a Sanitary Officer at warehouses or Drugstores.
English: Intermediate-Advance.
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge in FEUM and audits.
