Recruiter (Mexico City)

The IT company Andersen invites a Recruiter (Mexico City) to join the team.

Responsibilities:
- Working with current job openings, searching for and selecting candidates for various IT specialist positions.
- Analyzing requirements for searches, creating candidate profiles and search maps.
- Working in various labor markets and finding the most effective sources for attracting candidates.
- Organizing and conducting in-person/online meetings and interviews.
- Conducting qualitative analysis of candidates' soft and hard skills.
- Maintaining communication with hiring managers and collaborating during the recruitment process.
- Supporting and developing a professional network of contacts.
- Working with internal recruitment CRM.

- Experience in recruitment for at least 6 months.
- Knowledge of various interview methodologies and recruitment tools.
- Ability to effectively organize work and set priorities.
- Interest in IT recruitment and a desire for professional development.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- English language proficiency
- Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have:
