Product Quality Engineer

3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry

Objective: Ensure compliance with customer requirements by ensuring that all processes are carried out in accordance with the procedures and instructions of the Quality Management System.

Stamping/Slitting
Main tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, APQP, etc.)
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

Main functions
Ensure compliance with customer standards to provide a quality product.
Quality indicators within the objective.
Coordinate compliance with the defined plans through corrective actions to avoid recurrences.
Compliance with corrective action indicator at 100% in relation to complaints received
Review new projects and launches of part numbers, processes, services for the definition of operation requirements and their implementation.
% acceptance of projects to the commercial area
Coordinate the activities related to the work team to achieve results.
Compliance with product quality indicators within the goal.
Analyze the results of the process authorities for the establishment of corrective, preventive and containment actions.
Compliance with the operations - Security scorecard
Manage external suppliers to ensure timely and appropriate compliance to customers
Compliance scorecard for operations and customer service.
