Leading logistics company is looking for an Operations Manager
Job Description:
Own Last mile delivery operations and projects
Set up Last mile delivery operations process, KPIs and implement
Sourcing and set up new facility in specific regions.
Manage all daily operations in specific regions.
Instill ownership and create a high-performing team
Work closely with sorting center and LH/MM teams and stakeholders to secure the whole operation process and performance
Well planning, directing the Last mile operation and achieve optimal cost model
Directing team to achieve best SLAs and drive operation optimization continuedly
Manage all the suppliers, partners in specific regions.
Requirement:
5+ years of Last mile operation experience
2+ years of driving end to end process, and communicating results to leadership experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Travel in national wide
English skill: speak, listen, write, read
