This is a high-impact role that focuses on driving business growth in the North American market (USA) through strategic expansion, distributor development, and brand promotion. Ideal candidates would be those who have experience working with wholesalers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy) in the electronic security industry (video surveillance, dashcams, monitors, etc.). We also welcome anyone with a good network of contacts in the US market, experienced in B 2B sales, market analysis, and cross-tural business development.

Responsibilities:

- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the North American market.
- Distributor and Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage local distributors, wholesalers, e-commerce platforms, retailers, and agents.
- Client Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow corporate client relationships (B 2B), particularly within the security industry.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Brand Promotion: Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand visibility in the US market.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless operations in the North American market.
- Industry Representation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand influence and generate leads.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree. Titled
- Advanced English Level
- Industry Background: 10years experience working in the eleashcams, monitors, etc.) or related technology sectors.
- US Market Expertise: Strong understanding of the North American market, including sales models, channel development, and e-commerce platform operations.
- Network: Established contacts with clients, distributors, and retailers in the US market.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate deals, analyze markets, and manage client relationships effectively.
- Execution-Oriented: Self-motivated, goal-driven, andpable of thriving in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Intercultural Communication: Excellent communication skills and cultural adaptability to work in a diverse market.
