Multinational logistics company seeks:
Customer Service Agent (Direct - to - Patient)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluent English (Mandatory: All interactions are conducted in this language, therefore advanced conversational English proficiency is required.)
Responsibilities: Constant communication with patients, database management, tracking shipments to retrieve constant update, generating and verifying shipment documentation, filing out forms and documents, occasionally attending client visits, improving processes for product shipments.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably but not limited in pharmaceutical, logistics, clinical trials, or related companies.
Work schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Occasional availability on Saturdays or Sundays)
100% onsite
