Responsabilities:
Create the annual development and training plan for the company
Schedule the training plan and coordinate with other departments to ensure its implementation.
Monitor compliance with the standards for induction, training, and development of new hires.
Create suitable material for implementing soft skills training
Ensure compliance with the Labor Secretariat regarding the correct registration of training sessions.
General activities in HR Department
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field
1 year of experience in Training and development.
3 years of experience as a human resources generalist
Advanced English

Base salary between 25,000 and 30,000 per month
