Purpose of the position

As Sitecore Architect, you will be a key player in designing and implementing forward-thinking solutions that integrate Sitecore with AKS, embrace Headless architecture, and leverage React for enhanced frontend experiences.


Principal responsibilities

- Architectural Design:

Design and architect innovative solutions that combine Sitecore, AKS, Headless architecture, and React.
Create architectural blueprints that align with business goals, scalability requirements, and user experience objectives.


- AKS and Containerization:

Implement and optimize Sitecore solutions on Azure Kubernetes Service, leveraging containerization and orchestration for scalability and resource efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration between Sitecore, AKS, and containerized components.


- Headless CMS and React Integration:

Design and implement Headless architecture for Sitecore, decoupling the presentation layer and integrating with React for frontend development.
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure effective integration of React components with Sitecore Headless.


- Best Practices and Standards:

Establish and enforce best practices and coding standards for Sitecore, AKS, Headless architecture, and React.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines.


- Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project requirements.


- Performance Optimization:

Implement strategies for optimizing the performance and scalability of Sitecore solutions hosted on AKS.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks through continuous monitoring and optimization efforts.


- Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, implementation guidelines, and best practices.
Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing support and maintenance.


- Training and Mentoring:

Provide training and mentorship to development teams on Sitecore, AKS, Headless architecture, and React.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the technical team.

- Proven experience as a Sitecore Architect with a focus on AKS, Headless architecture, and React M
- Deep understanding of Sitecore, Azure Kubernetes Service, Headless CMS concepts, and React development M
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions M
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills M
- Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks, particularly React M
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines M
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment M
- Ability to understand business issues and processes and relate them to computer based solutions M
