We are looking for a leader, organized and structured individual to ensure the success of high-level event operations, providing direct support to coordinators and contributors to minimize risks and errors.
Academic and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Audio, Video, or related fields.
- Course or diploma in Stage Management or Event Production (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating audiovisual events, including projection, lighting, and sound.
- Advanced English (80% or higher) is essential.
Required Technical Knowledge:
- Proven experience with audiovisual equipment and professional video technology.
- Solid IT knowledge, especially in videoconferencing technologies.
- Skilled in developing Raider sheets and sales support tools.
- Proficient with technological platforms for production and virtual event management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to coordinate and supervise operational teams.
- Organization and Planning: Ability to structure event processes and minimize operational risks.
- Problem Solving and Stress Management: Quick decision-making skills under pressure to ensure successful execution.

Main Responsibilities:Event Management:
- Oversee the events department, ensuring strategic and timely planning in coordination with event coordinators.
- Create and manage KPIs to measure and improve event performance.
- Organize work schedules, assign tasks, and collaborate with the administrative team for payments and travel expenses for technical staff.
Sales Support:
- Support the sales team by developing Raider sheets to enhance negotiation and deal closing.
Major Event Operations Supervision:
- Lead and mentor coordinators during large-scale events, acting as a role model in the field.
- Report to General Management on operational status and areas for improvement.
Technical Staff Development:
- Identify growth opportunities and promote professional development among technical personnel.
- Foster a positive work environment and support long-term team stability.
