Remote Sales Agent German/Italian

In Kelly Services we are looking for sales agents that speaks fluent German or Italian for an E-commerce company based in Germany. No experience needed, just an stable internet speed, laptop and headphones.

Responsibilities:

-Calls to a "warm" customer base
-Selling goods for health (vitamins, biologically active supplement )
-Correct completion of the CRM.


Requirements:
-Minimum internet speed 60 Mbits, Ping less than 200
-Wired Internet: must have Ethernet cable
-Your own laptop and headphones
-German C1 level (fluent) or Italian C1 level (fluent)

-Fully remote modality
-1.5% commisions of goods sold
-Payment every two weeks
-Vacation: 20 working days per year

-After three months of work, subject to average or high sales figures, the candidate has additional benefits:
1.Payment/partial payment for learning a foreign language (15-100 euros per month)
2.A gift for the anniversary of work (the value of the gift is 30-70 euros depending on the length of work)
3.Compensation to choose one of 6 options monthly (50-100 euros depending on the results of work and the length of work in the company)
3.1. payment of the bill for medicines/doctors,
3.2. coverage of expenses for restaurants/bars/cafes,
3.3. coverage of the gym/swimming pool,
3.4. coverage of tickets to the cinema/theaters/museums/shows/concerts
3.5. coverage of expenses for the Internet/mobile communication/gadgets for the workplace (wires, mice, headphones, drives, etc.)
