KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist clients with customized travel planning and reservations

Research and compare travel options to deliver exceptional experiences

Create detailed, personalized travel itineraries

Manage client relationships and provide outstanding customer service

Stay updated on travel trends and new products

Operate in line with company guidelines and booking policies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

21 years old or older

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic computer literacy (email, internet search, basic spreadsheets)

Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Passion for learning and growing in the travel industry

Willingness to invest in required training and licensing (one-time initial fee)

LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS

Requires Independent Travel Agent License (obtained via our training program)

License includes full access to booking platform, training resources, and ongoing support
