IT Infrastructure / services desk
Location: CDMX

Responsibilities:

1. Overall Infrastructure and application support for the Region
2. Provide support analysis giving optimal solutions for support
3. Management of IT Infrastructure of highest uptime
4. Support & overall delivery of software solutions for the region
5. Project management for various IT & business projects
6. Vendor management
7. IT & Project Budget preparations & tracking
8. Ensure control of IT budgets for the region & operate in innovative ways to ensure cost-effectiveness & also maintain standard of service
9. IT governance - Policy enforcement
10. Corporate IT function - Audit, quality assurance, documentation etc.
Responsibilities:
Indicative KRA?s / Budgetary and Revenue Responsibilities
1. Common business KRAs ? Financial goals, Customer satisfaction, Employee satisfaction
2. Ensure complete IT support to business in the region and handle all business escalations
3. Ensuring smooth and timely rollouts of all new projects and initiatives in the region 4. Ensure 100% compliance to audit norm
5. Ensure compliance to vendor SLAs No Budgetary and Revenue responsibilitie

Education: Minimum: BE - IT/MCA or global equivalent degree
Additional: Post graduate (MBA) or global equivalent degree
IT - Technical certification (GNIIT, Microsoft, Cisco, SUN etc.)
Experience: 7 ? 9 years of work experience in the field of IT
Worked on Windows 2003 server - installation & configuration
Knowledge & Key Skills:
- Knowledge of Networking - LAN/WAN
- Internet Technology
- Email systems - Microsoft Outlook


El rango salarial es de 35-45k brutos, con beneficios que incluyen PL, servicio de gastos médicos privado para el colaborador y un bono anual basado en KPIs, equivalente a 1 o 2 meses de salario
