About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales Representative to join our team and support the growth of our wine and related product portfolio. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone based in Mexico with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our wine and related product offerings to new and existing clients
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients via email, phone, and video calls
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English ? both written and spoken
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in wine, beverages, or FMCG
- Professional, outgoing, and confident personality
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or currently studying Marketing preferred
