Job Summary:
Were currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service
Representatives. As an integral part of our organization, youll be at the forefront of
delivering exceptional customer service through digital channels. If youre passionate

Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via chat platform to address inquiries, resolve issues,
and provide timely assistance.
Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills to understand and fulfill
customer needs effectively.
Process payments, facilitate refunds, and assist with order management tasks
as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex
customer issues.
Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience through
proactive problem-solving and feedback analysis.
Qualifications:
Work experience: 1+ year of experience as a customer service representative,
collections, customer service (face to face)
Technical skills: Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Office, Email and
CRM (preferable).)
Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to understanding and meeting
customer needs.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and customer
requirements.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify and resolve customer issues promptly
and efficiently.
Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and
verbal.
Attention to Detail: Consistently maintain high levels of accuracy and
attention to detail in customer interactions.
