WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Assist passengers over the phone with travel-related inquiries
- Support flight reservations, schedule changes, baggage services, and travel requests
- Provide accurate information and solutions with empathy and professionalism
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure resolution
- Deliver a positive customer experience from beginning to end

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 18 years or older
- High school diploma completed or in progress
- Previous customer service experience is a plus (call center or face-to-face)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Good written communication and attention to detail
