- Great organizational skills
- Outgoing personality and ability to network and establish partnerships within the community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to carry, set up and climb a ladder
- Previous experience in the customer service, cold calling, sales and real estate industry preferred.
- Self-motivated & Goal-Oriented individuals
- Strong work ethic and willing to be flexible

Responsibilities
- Negotiating with customers in English
- Meet with prospective clients remotely, offer solutions that best fit the clients' needs
- Walk clients through the inital process
- Strive to Meet or exceed company goals
- Preparing and presenting all sales contracts and product presentations with prospective clients
