Bilingual Sales Executive Call Center

We are looking for a Call Center Bilingual Sales Executive:

Profile:
- Degree in Tourism, Administration or similar.
- English 90% (spoken and written).
- Experienced in sales (services, travel services, insurance services or similar)
- Experienced in Call Center
- Familiar with Call Center systems as Avaya.
- Excel

Activites:
- Promote and sell our services to potential clients.
- Cross-selling (additional services).
- Increase our sales in holiday and travel services or packages.
- Attend customer reservations.
- Attend customer cancellations, changes and other requests.
- Attend hotel confirmations.
- Promote the characteristics, products and services of each hotel in the Group.
- Ensure compliance and optimization of sales for all hotels.
