100% on site - Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco, in front of Alameda Norte, near to Arena Mexico City
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base salary: $14,000 - $18,000 mxn before taxes (based on experience)

SCHEDULE
Training: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am. - 4:00 pm. | 8 weeks
8-hours shifts within service window (6:00 am. - 10:30 pm.)
1 hour lunch break
2 days off CONSECUTIVE per week
RESPONSABILITIES
Handle inbound customer calls
Resolve billing and service inquires
Provide effective solutions
Cross-sell complementary services
REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)
High school education completed: certificate or diploma
Advanced English (B2+ conversational & fluent)
Comfortable speaking 100% in English
Basic computer skills
Complete documentation
Availability for on-site work
