Mexico City (On-site Position)
Join our team and provide exceptional customer service for a recognized banking services line. If you have experience in customer support and strong English skills, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
? Provide customer service support
? Assist clients with questions about their bank accounts
? Offer guidance and resolve issues efficiently over the phone

Requirements:
? 18 years old or older
? English level B2 (EPL B2)
? Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience
? High School Diploma (completed)
? Schedule availability
? Must live in Mexico City
? 100% on-site availability
