Estamos en la búsqueda de un analista funcional Senior con inglés fluido para llevar a cabo la correcta traducción de los requerimientos funcionales de las distintas unidades de negocio para una mayor y mejor comprensión de estos por parte del área de Desarrollo de software.

A continuación el detalle de la posición a cubrir.

As a Business Analyst, Responsibilities are :

* Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
* Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
* Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
* Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
* Performing requirements analysis.
* Document and communicating the results of your efforts.
* Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
* Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
* Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
* Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
* Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
* Coordinate of user acceptance testing
* Serve as a liaison between client and technical teams.
* Work with developers to create the functional specifications that meet those requirements, serve as a subject matter expert to the developers building those functions, and work with the QA team to test the developed functionality.
* Work closely with other BAs, Developers, Testers, and Production Support through each stage of the software development lifecycle and also demonstrates both existing and new functionality to the customer stakeholders.


Skills:

* Expertise in Acquiring Domain, should have knowledge of Authorization Processing, Settlement & Clearing.
* Expertise in Merchant Terminal Integrations
* Should have knowledge of Mexico specific acquiring processing & regulation.
* Ability to work on Confluence, Jira
* Ability to work in fast paced environment
* Good Communication Skills (Bi-Lingual : Spanish - English)


Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent
* Minimum 8+ years of IT experience.
* Minimum 4 years Business analysis experience
* Soliciting, understanding, and documenting the business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows.
* Experience to work with Card schemes
