We are seeking a Commerce Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources. The primary focus of this role will be on utilizing Excel, Salesforce as a CRM, and Power BI for data modeling.
Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources including Excel spreadsheets, Salesforce CRM, and other relevant databases.
Develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards using Power BI to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate forecasts and support decision-making processes related to inventory management, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role, preferably in a commerce or e-commerce environment.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Strong proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for data modeling and visualization.
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques for data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with SQL
