American law firm dedicated to passionately and committedly defending the human rights of Latino immigrants is looking for a talented to join our team as Immigration Paralegal
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the correct assembly of legal packages, confirming with clients the accuracy of the information included and transferring the provided data to the corresponding forms, guaranteeing that the cases meet the legal and administrative requirements for final submission.
Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure the review, comprehensive analysis, and updating of legal cases, guaranteeing the correct request of documents, coordination with editors, and the presentation of alternatives in situations of missing information, with the goal of ensuring that cases are completed on time and meet the required standards for obtaining work visas or permanent residency for clients.
Coordinate the receipt of packages and feedback from attorneys to ensure that cases are reviewed efficiently and that all relevant information is correctly integrated into the files.
Organize and assemble all package documentation according to the specific requirements of the case, ensuring that all information is complete and in the proper forms.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Law or International Relations.
Reliable internet connection and laptop (more than Ryzen 3 or Core i3)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Human Rights.
Knowledge in US Forms and Consular Process is a plus.
English proficiency (B2+)
Compensation:
900 USD monthly payment.

12 days off after 1st year in company
Hybrid Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00hrs 16:00hrs and Saturday 8:00hrs 12:00hrs
