Job Summary

Manufacturing exposure in a highly technical process oriented site. Product/Process design integration of tooling, robotics and automation to work cells. Qualify molds and secondary equipment for new and existing products as needed. Participate in development and implementation of action plan activities to improve safety, quality, production, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Restore product and gate chuck confirmation on all EOAT?s (End of Arm Tooling)
- Improve quality defect due to equipment maintenance factors
- Equipment troubleshooting support
- Creation of maintenance work manual
- Creation of inspection reports
- Analyze machine downtime reports for root cause analysis and good countermeasures
- Project support (new products, request forms, countermeasures, etc.)
- Creation of spare parts list per equipment (Critical parts, 1st)
- Support and follow-up with contractors for projects throughout plant.
- Create and keep back-up procedures for all equipment that can be backed up.
- Analyze all PM?s and update as needed.
- Develop injection molding machine ability check sheets to achieve machine efficiency targets.
- Drive productivity improvements through good PM and PdM activities
- Other projects and assignments as requested by the management team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent college plus years of experience.
- Seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience with electro-mechanical equipment design, installation, debugging and integration of PLCs.
- Excellent computer skills using MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational skills

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, squat, and kneel to work on equipment
