Generate new customer sales in the volumes defined as target within the budget assigned by geographic area.
Generate customer sales in the active portfolio, in the volumes defined as target within the budget assigned by geographic area.
Properly collect and transmit sales information and documentation to other departments (security, planning, customer service, billing), corroborating customer data, contact information, specifications, freight bookings based on negotiated rates and terms of service.
Collaborate effectively with support teams for the organization and properly develop customer Onboarding calls and test trips, if applicable.
Establish successful interactions with operations and management teams, communicating specifications and commitments to customers in a timely manner, in the event of incidents or deviations.
Analyze and properly channel reports of customers to the operations area and communicate defined corrective actions to customers in a timely manner.
Collaborate in maintaining a positive work environment with superiors and peers in a manner that facilitates the success of the operation and the achievement of established goals and expectations.
Comply with the management objectives and KPI's established.
Collaborate in achieving optimal rate negotiations in coordination with the pricing area on behalf of Transmex.
Keep updated on market trends, competitors, as well as service conditions of other carriers in order to ensure the competitiveness of their proposals.
Establish and document frequent and timely communication with customers to capture business needs and opportunities.
