Confie is a shared service center, originally from the United States, mainly in the areas of California, Nevada, and Arizona. Its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business.
Important:
This is an on-site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses.
A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.

Requirements:
1 Year in Tech Support Experience
Knowledge and experience with the Salesforce tool
Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Salesforce, troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting SLAs.
Assist customers via phone, email, and ticket system, using knowledge base resources to resolve inquiries.
Document interactions, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Educate customers on product features, best practices, and stay updated on Salesforce updates.
