Job summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Rep to join our Team.
The Customer Service Rep will provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, chat & in-person, providing quote, pricing, products information and order status to customer and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
-Provide accurate information about products, pricing, status of orders and follow ups.
-Accurately enter customer purchase orders in the system.
-Follow ups on open order, lead times and ship dates.
-Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management.
-Active listening to understand customer needs and concerns.
-Accurately document customer interactions in CRM Software.
-Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior team members or management.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, or logistics.
-Bilingual (English & Spanish)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
-Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
-Mexican Holidays
