Important:
This is an on-site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses.
A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.

Job Summary:
Dream Home Roofers is looking for an energetic and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer outreach initiative, you will play a critical role in reaching out to prospective clients through an automated dialing system. Your goal will be to connect with homeowners, qualify their interest in a roof inspection, and hand off qualified leads to our confirmer team to finalize the appointment.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet performance goals
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls using an automated dialing system to introduce Dream Home Roofers services and offer free roof inspections.
Qualify prospects based on eligibility criteria, manage objections, answer questions, and build rapport with potential customers.
Pass qualified leads to the confirmer team to finalize appointment times and dates.
Accurately document calls in the CRM and consistently meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals.
