Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual receptionist to be the welcoming face of our stem cell clinic in New City Medical Plaza. The ideal candidate should have a professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to assist both local and international patients with confidence. A minimum English level of B2 (equivalent to a 7/10) is required to communicate effectively with our English-speaking patients and staff.
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent;further education or vocational training in administration, customer service, or healthcare is a plus.
English fluency at minimum B2 level or 7/10 conversational proficiency.
2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email.
Knowledge of medical terminology and patient confidentiality procedures is a plus.
Friendly, calm, and helpful attitude, especially when assisting patients under stress.
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Must possess a valid driver?s license.
Must be able to legally cross the U.S.-Mexico border, as part of the role includes driving patients to and from the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management
Welcome and register patients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails?handling inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Schedule and confirm appointments, follow up on cancellations or changes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area.
2. Patient Communication & Support
Provide information about the clinic?s services, including general information on stem cell treatments.
Assist international patients with their appointments, paperwork, and general guidance.
Collect and validate patient documentation and input information into clinic systems.
Assist with follow-ups and post-visit communications.
3. Administrative Assistance
Maintain patient files and clinic records accurately and confidentially.
Handle payment processing, receipts, and billing-related questions.
Support the administrative team with filing, scanning, and preparing documentation for patient visits.
Monitor inventory and request supplies when needed.
4. Team Coordination
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and the clinic coordinator to ensure a smooth workflow.
Help prepare consultation rooms with necessary forms or patient files.
Relay messages and updates between departments when required.
5. Confidentiality & Compliance
Follow health and safety procedures, including sanitation protocols.
Report any patient concerns or unusual incidents to the clinic manager promptly.

Location: New City Medical Plaza, Tijuana (on-site position)
Contract: Indefinite term - Part time position
Monthly salary: $9,650 MXN (gross)
