Our growing retail business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As our next ambassador you will oversee providing world class care to our clients which includes providing general information of policies, updating customer information and profiles and processing changes to their insurance policies.

Customer Service Representative:

Your job will be to help our customers on their questions, requests or payments in regards their Car Insurance Policy, thats it!
We provide paid training with an extra $3,000 bonus at the end of the training period, where we will teach you about the company, how to use the tools necessary for the job and also the opportunity to take calls in a controlled environment where you can develop in a more accessible way.

Requirements:
Conversational English and Spanish
Good Computer Skills
All Mexican Documents
