We just need you to set appointments no selling, no pressure. Just talk to homeowners and pass along their info.
What Youll Earn:
$10 USD per confirmed appointment
Average weekly commission: $300$350 USD
Bonus kicks in at just 12 confirmed appointments per week
Weekly pay direct to you
Includes base salary, paid training, and productivity bonuses
What Youll Do:
Make outbound calls using an automated dialer
Offer free roof inspections thats it
Qualify interest and set the appointment
Handle both individual and couple leads (we provide them)
Track call outcomes in our CRM system

Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Minimum B2 English (C1 preferred, especially for objection handling and taking notes)
At least 1 year of call center experience (Prefered)
Some sales experience required (If youve handled any kind of inbound or outbound sales with leads, youre encouraged to apply)
