Donor Development Manager Sarahuaro Foundation in San Lucas BCS

The objective of the Donor Development Manager is to recommend, implement and support programs that will ensure meeting the revenue goals established by the Sarahuaro Board. The DDM must maintain the best interests of the Sarahuaro Foundation while achieving the Board?s fundraising and grant award goals.

Candidates must have:
*At least two-years current employment with experience in a form of public relations, event planning, marketing, or sales.
*Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must, with at least 75% English speaking and writing capabilities. Sarahuaro will provide English lessons to increase English proficiency above 75% if needed.
*Candidate must show a track record of being an organized, self-starter with basic computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency and digital social media knowledge.
*Must be willing to take direction and follow through with assigned tasks on a timely basis without supervision.
*A personal vehicle with valid drivers? license is required.

The position will work remotely, from a ?home-base? location and have flexible work hours.

Base monthly salary, full IMSS, December bonus, a perfomance bonus of up to one month salary can be earned by achieving predetermine objetives.
