Spot buyer Analyst

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or procurement-related roles.

Language: Advanced English (C1).

Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Teams, Outlook;SAP is desirable.

Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers that meet required standards
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize value and reduce costs
Monitor market trends and perform cost analysis to optimize purchasing decisions
Manage contracts and commercial agreements with key suppliers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely supply of materials and services
Drive process transformation, challenge the status quo, and promote teamwork
Ensure compliance with internal procurement ethics and transparency policies
Execute spot buying activities in alignment with procurement policies and category strategies
Evaluate supplier quotes, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards
