Recruiter

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and can determine a candidate's potential through clever questions

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Interviews, tests, ranks, selects candidates and provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre established selection criteria and recruitment policies.
- Represents the organization at job fairs to promote potential candidates.
- Conducts employee orientation and introductory training for new employees.
- Ability to work with integrity and build trust to provide job-related information.
- Performs routine work for assignments precisely planned to familiarize oneself with staff, methods, products, and processes.
- Follows a well established set of activities and processes to derive solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least one year of experience
- Intermediate conversational English level.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
