Level of educational attainment required:
Bachelors/Post Graduate Degree
Previous work experience required:
Require 3-4 years of experience
- Workday MDM / HR Operations / Core HCM
- Databases/reporting
- Execution of process improvements using Lean Methodology
- Finance, Payroll and HR admin
Language skills required:
English B2-C1
Technical skills required:
- Workday Expertise ? Core HCM
- SAP Expertise
- Ticketing Tools Jira and Service Now
- Intermediate/Advanced Word, Excel and Presentations Skills
- Visualization Tools (Power BI)

Key tasks and accountabilities:
- Process and update records in workday and SAP for Hire to retire process.
- Assist with the responsibility for the full Payroll related administration support during payroll run.
- Assist with the responsibility for entering payroll and core details on SAP to ensure cut off dates met.
- Input time management data of employees in Employee database (WORKDAY/SAP HR).
- Assist with the responsibility for the production of the daily interface process from Workday to the Payroll system.
- Support in the preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Support in the performance of system tests when required for enhancements in workday and SAP.
- Liaise with finance to ensure cost codes are correct in WORKDAY.
- Train and assist new staff, as appropriate.
- Help to ensure that objectives as laid down in the Service Level Agreements are met, providing each customer with a consistently high level of service.
- Take part in the Level 5 documentation of the team processes and keeps it updated.
- Keep required databases, templates and documentations up to date on a daily basis according to internal policies and other requirements applicable.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Team lead.
- Look constantly for quality improvement on processes.
- Perform internal quality checks.
- Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks with team.
- Assign requests and allocate work during the absence of team lead.
